Item #0025: Bariani Olive Oil is produced by the Bariani family on a small farm in the central valley of California. For years, the Bariani family has been committed to producing an authentic extra virgin olive oil which is raw, pure and clean. Produced in a limited quantity, the olive oil is a registered organic product and with the particular and discriminatory taste of the makers, the quality is always guaranteed.

Their olives are grown without pesticides, hand picked from the trees, carefully washed and dried, and milled with stone wheels within 48 hours of harvesting. Stone crushed...like the ancient Greeks and Romans did it! This first cold-pressed oil is the real stuff and retains all the natural flavor and goodness.

Bariani uses a proper, imported, dark-green bottle for their very special product. (Never buy olive oil in clear containers as olive oil should not be exposed to direct sunlight.)
