How to Use Our Online Store

BROWSING THE PRODUCT CATEGORIES
To view or order from the various products we have to offer, simply click on a department tab at the top and then choose a category from the navigation bar to the left to narrow your selection even more. Many items have additional information available about the product, accessible by clicking the item's name. To order, enter the quantity of the item, then click "Add To Cart."

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR WISH LIST
You can create your very own "wish list" at any time by clicking the "Add To Wish List" button located on the individual product pages. The product will then be saved to your list where you can come back to it at a later date. The product is not added to your shopping cart until you click the "Add to Cart" button. When you no longer need a product in your list, simply delete it. You can also add a note to yourself about the product to help you remember why you saved it. A great use for your wish list is for consumable items you repeatedly order on a regular basis, like food items or supplements. This makes it easy for you to find these items again wthout having to search for them.

MODIFYING ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER
To view your current cart contents, click the "View Cart or Checkout" button located in the upper right of the top menu bar. You will then see the contents of your current order and you can also modify any items' quantities. To delete an item entirely from your order, click the "Delete" button next to the item, or enter "0" in the quantity field.

CONTINUING WITH YOUR ORDER AT A LATER TIME
If you do not have time to complete your order, you may leave the store and return to your order at a later time. Incomplete orders are kept open for 1 day, afterwhich they are automatically deleted. In order to use this feature, "cookies" must be enabled in your browser. A cookie is a small file containing encrypted data pertinent to your account, such as your name, account number, and order number. The cookie is stored on your computer and cannot be viewed by other sites.

CHECKING OUT
If you are finished adding items to your order, click the "View Cart or Checkout" button located in the upper right of the top menu bar. Make a final review of your order then click the "Checkout Stand" button at the bottom. You will be taken to the first step of your checkout process where you will first enter your state and shipping method. When your state and shipping method have been entered, click the "Continue" button.

Next, if you have not yet logged on or have not yet set up an account with us, you will go to the logon screen, otherwise you will be taken to the final step where you can review and/or edit your final shipping and billing address. When finished, click the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page and your order will be sent! Click the button only once or you may record a duplicate order.

Wait for the confirmation page to appear to be certain your order went through. In a few minutes, an email confirmation should appear in your mail box with the contents of your order. If you use a web-based e-mail system, it may take several hours to receive this. If you do not receive the email, something may have gone wrong and the order may not have been processed correctly (these things sometimes happen on todays busy Internet), in which case you may want to contact us to verify receipt by emailing orders@rawpower.com, or call us at 208-818-3158.

Enabling JavaScript in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5+
1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Click the Custom Level button.
4. In the Settings dialog box, scroll down to Active Scripting (towards the end of the list).
5. Click the "Enable" button.
6. (You may need to expand the Scripting category by double-clicking its icon.)
7. Click the OK button to save the values of the settings dialog.
8. Click OK to save the Internet Options settings.
9. Click the Refresh button on your browser.

Enabling JavaScript in Netscape 6+
1. From the Tools menu, Edit, Preferences, Advanced.
2. Select Advanced from the Category menu.
3. Under Advanced, click the box to "Enable JavaScript for Navigator".
4. Click the OK button to save the changes.
5. Click the Reload button on your browswer.
