Our Return Policy

Food/Supplements/Body Care: returnable within 30 days, must be unopened and in perfect condition.

Books and other non-perishable items: returnable within 30 days, must be in perfect condition.

DVDs/CDs: non-returnable unless defective.

Appliances/Equipment/Kitchen Tools, etc: returnable within 30 days. Item in new condition with the original warranty, 10% restocking fee. Item in new condition without original warranty, 15% restocking fee. Item in used condition with the original warranty, 20% restocking fee. Item in used condition without the original warranty, non-returnable.

Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no returns after thirty days.
