It is rich in flavor, but also subtle and less salty than other soy sauces and tamari.

Used with a light hand, it can add the perfect flavor to your favorite recipes and food creations.

This 32 oz size is perfect for refilling smaller bottles and/or for using in food preparation when you know you'll be pouring. (It does not have a spout, so it is not so friendly for sprinkling small amounts - we recommend the smaller bottle for that.)
