Item #0395: This is the Excalibur 9-tray dehydrator. Both the trays and door are easily removable. It has an adjustable thermostat 85-155 degrees.

Because the trays are removable, you can use as many or as few trays as you need to accomodate the size of the items being dehydrated. The trays are virtually unbreakable, and approved for food contact. Has mesh sheets for each tray.
